Salzgitter Automotive Engineering - forming and shaping new ideas!

Our company was founded in 1986 and became a subsidiary of the steel and technology group Salzgitter AG in 2001. We employ 222 personnel at two production sites in Germany. These are located in Georgsmarienhütte, where the administrative headquarters is also based, and in Osnabrück.

We are specialists in sheet metal forming in the area of automotive body construction. Our scope of supply ranges from the manufacture of series production dies that are ready for production to parts and components for small and medium series. We also develop and manufacture tooling, parts, and components for the construction of designs and prototypes.

Our customers include the largest European automobile manufacturers and their suppliers. We offer many years of expertise, cutting-edge manufacturing technology with a high degree of flexibility within the tooling development process chain, tool making, as well as the manufacture of parts and components from steel, aluminium, and stainless steel. We are dedicated to supporting our customers in the achievement of their goals by providing them with individualised solutions.
