Components

In recent years, we have greatly expanded our know-how in the area of component manufacturing for series production. Component production includes assemblies for small and medium-sized series. In addition to complex structural assemblies we also produce everything that represents the outer skin of BIW, such as doors, bonnets, tailgates, roofs and bodyside panels.

In our assembly production on automated production cells the most modern joining technologies for different materials are used. In addition to gluing and roller hemming, various of welding processes, riveting, clinching and FDS screws are used. Cathodic dip painting (e-coating) and top coat systems are also part of our current scope of delivery.
