The small series production business area includes small and medium series production components and welded assemblies for the body, as well as replacement parts, where 100 to 20,000 pieces are produced per year. We use the latest joining techniques, from adhesive bonding, to roll hemming, through to CMT welding for steel and aluminium. The range of components runs from the simplest structural components to the most complex body shell components such as doors, flaps and wings.

We ensure that we meet the specific requirements of the customer with regard to quality and delivery reliability in series production through adherence to clearly described processes, which are regularly audited by testing organisations and customers. In this regard, we refer to our ISO/TS 16949 certification.
