Prototypes

The prototype area involves prototype components and complex prototype welded assemblies for structural and body shell components made from steel and aluminium, including the tools and equipment that they require.

Furthermore, we offer our customers hot-formed prototype components with a direct process. We can increase our own capacity as required with the state-of-the-art production facilities at our sister company Salzgitter Mannesmann Forschung.

We also manufacture test tooling and examine and analyse the subsequent series production methods in the forming and copying processes together with our customer, so that we can achieve the customer´s specific objective readiness for production. Our backup tooling ensures a ready supply of parts as and when required in the customer´s preproduction process.
